System Requirements

iDSecure Cloud is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, meaning it requires no software installation or local infrastructure to operate. All access is done directly through a web browser.


Access Requirements

To use iDSecure Cloud, you only need:

  • Internet connection — stable broadband (minimum 5 Mbps recommended).
  • Up-to-date web browser — any of the browsers below in their latest version:

    Safari (macOS/iOS) 16 or later
  • Screen resolution — minimum 1280 × 720 pixels. Full HD (1920 × 1080) or higher is recommended for the best experience.

Note: Outdated browsers or Internet Explorer may present compatibility issues with the system interface. We always recommend keeping your browser up to date.


Requirements for Access Control Devices

Physical devices (turnstiles, readers, controllers) must be connected to the network and properly registered in iDSecure Cloud. For guidance on device registration, see the Access > Devices section.


No Installation Required

As a SaaS system, iDSecure Cloud:

  • Requires no installation of agents or applications on the operator's computer.
  • Receives automatic updates — new features and fixes are made available without any user action.
  • Works on any operating system — Windows, macOS, Linux — as long as a compatible browser is used.
